-Cross- A cross is a geometrical figure consisting of two lines or bars perpendicular to each other, dividing one or two of the lines in half. The lines usually run vertically and horizontally.
-Celtic cross- A celtic Cross is a symbol that combines a normal cross with a ring thats surrounding the intersection.
-Greek Cross- A cross with two lines or bars that are perpendicular to each other, and are the same length, making it symmetrical.
-Crucifix- A cross with a crucified Jesus depicted on it. His hands nailed to the horizontal bar, and his feet to the perpendicular.
-Mandorla- A mandorla is an almond-shaped pod of light surrounding the entire figure of a holy person (usually christ) and symbolizes transfiguration
-Nimbus- a luminous disk behind the head of a Christ or a holy person. If a nimbus is surrounding Christ’s head, it usually has three prongs of a cross visible within.
-Halo- A luminous ring surrounding a holy person’s head.
-Icthus- an icthus is a symbol consisting of two intersecting arcs, the ends of the right side extending beyond the meeting point so as to resemble the profile of a fish. Its known as the "sign of the fish" or the "Jesus fish”.
-Holy Trinity- The holy trinity is to christians, the father son and the holy ghost. Its commonly depicted as three interlocking rings in a pyramid shape, but also can be depicted many other ways.
-Lamb of God- The lamb of god was a name given to Jesus Christ, and is usually in art, depicted as a pure white lamb, sometimes carrying a flag or banner with the cross, or is outfitted with a nimbus.
-INIR- Latin acronym Iesous Nazarenrs Rex Iudaeorum, which translates into Jesus the Nazarene, King of the Jews
-Alpha and Omega- are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet symbolizes the beginning and the end. Its depicted as an uppercase A, and O that resembles an upside down horseshoe
-Chi Rho- A symbol formed by superimposing the first two capital letters chi and rho (ΧΡ), and is a monogram for “christ”
-IXOYE- The word “ixoye” is an acronym comprised of the first letter of five Greek words: Iesous Xristos Theou Yios Sotare which means Jesus, Christ, Son of, God, Savior.
