Weightings and Percentages of Categories

So, here is the final break down of how the weighting of 2nd semester are going to be. 

Class work:   15%
Homework:    30%
Participation: 10% (this will be calculated at each progress report based on how many UNEXCUSED absences you have and   
                                    an evaluation on yourself- 4 per semester)
Projects:         10%
Tests/Quiz:     35%

Yes, your tests are worth more and yes, your homework is worth more. I give PLENTY of time to do things in class but if I don't see you actively listening or having the right materials (like your book, flash cards...) then your participation grade is going to go down. I'm taking notes!
